We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx Ground for all orders. We ship ALL orders by the most suitable method based on the size and weight of your order unless specific instructions are provided.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping for all US orders, except for Alaska and Hawaii.

How and When My Order Will Be Shipped

HP GEARZ will ship your order within 48 hours via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, provided all items are in stock at the time of order. If there are backorders or delays, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards. Orders paid via credit card will be shipped immediately if all items are in stock. HP GEARZ will notify you if otherwise.

Show/Event Purchases

All sales are final for show or event purchases. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for items purchased face-to-face or picked up during your presence. In rare cases, we may accept returns, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied, along with any shipping and convenience fees. Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days on the same credit card used for the purchase. Refunds will exclude shipping and convenience fees.

Defective/Damaged Items (Mail or Online Orders Only)

For defects in manufacturing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If not reported within this timeframe, HP GEARZ will not be responsible. DO NOT return merchandise without prior approval. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization, or it will be refused. Returns must be sent prepaid by the least expensive method.

How Do I Return/Exchange My Item? (Mail or Online Orders Only)

It’s simple. Call our customer service at (770) 745-7565 to get a return authorization number. Once you have the return authorization, send the item to the provided address, including a clear note inside the package. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase. A shipping fee may apply.

International Orders

To place an international order, add your desired items to the cart and use our Standard Checkout to complete the order. Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated for review before entering payment information.

International Shipping (Canada and Europe)

Prices are shown in US dollars. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the shipping chart below. International orders may require 10-15 business days for processing. When selecting “Fast International Shipping,” orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Typical transit time is 10-15 business days.
